Unboxing

Each panel ships in protective foam within a double-walled box. Cut the tape at the top only. Tip the box on its side and slide the foam sleeve out gently. Do not grip the printed surface — handle by the edges.

Mounting

Every panel comes with a pre-installed float mount on the back, offset 0.75\” from the wall. Use the included hardware and a level. For multi-panel sets, the recommended gap between panels is 0.5\”.

Cleaning

Dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For smudges, spray a diluted solution of water + isopropyl alcohol (50/50) onto the cloth (never directly onto the panel) and wipe gently. Avoid any ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners.

Direct sunlight

Our prints are rated for decades of indirect light. Direct, unfiltered sunlight all day every day will eventually fade them — same as any fine art. For south-facing or full-sun walls, hang at least 3 feet inward from the window, or use UV-filtering glass in the room.

Lifetime warranty

If your piece fades, warps, delaminates, or shows manufacturing defect within your lifetime, we replace it. Email warranty@wcdesignandart.com with a photo and we will take it from there.
