Ordering & sizing

What sizes do you offer?
Single-sheet prints start at 12×18″ and go up to 4×8 ft. Multi-panel configurations (3-panel, 5-panel, triangular splits) are available up to 8×3 ft total width. If you need a non-standard size, email us — we cut custom.
What resolution does my photo need?
Minimum 3000 pixels on the longest side for anything up to 24×36″. For large format (3×6 ft or 4×8 ft) we recommend 6000+ pixels. Our upload tool will tell you in real time the maximum size your file can support at gallery quality.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every custom order gets a color-calibrated proof sent to you within 2 business days of upload. Nothing goes to the press until you approve.

Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard metal prints ship in 5–7 business days after you approve your proof. Large-format and multi-panel pieces ship in 10–14 business days. Freight shipments take an additional 3–7 days in transit depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US and Canada today. For orders to the UK, EU, Australia, and elsewhere, email us for a custom shipping quote. We’ve shipped pieces to 14 countries.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage before opening the full crate and email us within 72 hours. We’ll replace the piece free of charge and handle the return shipping. It almost never happens — every panel is hand-crated — but we back it fully when it does.

Care & longevity

How do I clean a metal print?
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. If it needs more, use distilled water and a drop of dish soap. Never use ammonia, glass cleaner, or abrasive sponges — they’ll dull the finish.
How long will the colors last?
We rate our prints for 75+ years of archival color stability under normal indoor conditions. The dye is fused into the aluminum itself, not sitting on top as a coating, so there’s nothing to fade, peel, or flake off.
Can I hang metal prints in direct sunlight or a bathroom?
Yes to direct sun — our UV-stable inks are tested for decades of vibrancy in full light. Bathrooms are fine too; aluminum doesn’t warp from humidity like paper or canvas.

Returns & warranties

What’s your return policy?
Featured artist prints (not custom-uploaded photos) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they’re undamaged and in original packaging. Custom-uploaded pieces are non-returnable except in case of our error or shipping damage — we proof every piece before production to prevent surprises.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece we ship carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (delamination, print defects, hardware failure). Normal wear from the environment isn’t covered, but with these prints that’s rarely an issue.

For artists & trade

I’m an artist. How do I get featured?
Email artists@wcdesignandart.com with a portfolio link or sample images. We license work directly, pay competitive royalties on every sale, and feature one new artist every month.
Do you offer trade or designer pricing?
Yes. Interior designers, architects, and hospitality partners can apply for trade pricing (typically 20–30% off retail on volume orders) plus dedicated account support. Email hello@wcdesignandart.com to start the conversation.

Custom Upload & Room Preview

What file types can I upload?

JPG, PNG, and WEBP up to 25 MB per file. For single-panel pieces we recommend 3,000 pixels on the longest edge at minimum. For multi-panel sets, 5,000+ pixels on the longest edge.

What if my photo is lower resolution than recommended?

The configurator will still let you proceed, but we\u2019ll review your file during the proofing pass. If the resolution is below what we can cleanly print at your chosen size, we\u2019ll email you with options (smaller panel, different layout, or refund).

Will you send a proof before printing?

Yes. After you place an order, you\u2019ll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your image will be cropped across panels. You have 48 hours to approve or request one free revision. We don\u2019t print until you approve.

How are multi-panel splits handled?

We leave a 0.5-inch gap between panels and crop intelligently around faces and focal subjects so seam lines don\u2019t bisect them. If an automatic split doesn\u2019t work for your composition, we\u2019ll manually adjust during the proof pass.

Does the Room Preview actually match my wall?

The four scenes are generic — living room, dining, bedroom, office. They\u2019re meant to help you sanity-check proportions. If you want a preview on your specific wall, snap a photo of your wall with a ruler or doorframe in-frame and email it to proof@wcdesignandart.com; we\u2019ll composite your piece into it for free.

Can I upload copyrighted photos?

Only if you own them or have written permission. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to reproduce the image. We don\u2019t print stock imagery you don\u2019t own or images clearly under third-party copyright.

What\u2019s the lead time for custom uploads?

12\u201314 business days from proof approval to ship. Add 1\u20132 business days for proof turnaround. Plan on about 3 weeks total for domestic delivery.
