Who we are

This website is operated by WC Design and Art (“we,” “us,” “our”), a US-based metal print studio. When you use the site or order from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Orders & payments

All orders are produced to-order. By submitting an order, you’re making an offer to purchase that we can accept or decline — for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal via our payment processor. You confirm that any payment information you provide is yours and accurate.

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is either included (standard orders over $250) or calculated at checkout.

Proofs & production

For custom-uploaded orders, we provide a color-calibrated digital proof within 2 business days. Production does not start until you approve. If you don’t respond to a proof within 14 days, we’ll follow up; if we still don’t hear from you after 30 days, we may cancel the order and refund you minus a $25 proof fee.

Once you approve a proof, the piece is produced as approved. Color and finish variations that match the approved proof are not grounds for return.

Shipping, damage, and returns

Shipping timelines, damage claims, and return terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page and incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points:

• Featured artist prints: 30-day return window for undamaged pieces in original packaging.
• Custom-uploaded pieces: non-returnable except for shipping damage or our error.
• All orders backed by lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Your content & uploads

When you upload an image for printing, you represent that:

• You own the image or have permission to reproduce it on metal.
• You will not upload content that infringes on another person’s copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
• You will not upload content that’s illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit involving minors.

You retain all rights to your own images. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to reproduce your image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and to retain a copy for 90 days in case of reprint requests.

We reserve the right to refuse any order whose content appears to violate these terms, without further explanation.

Our content

All content on the site — featured artwork, photography, copy, design, code — is owned by WC Design and Art or the featured artists, and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content without written permission.

Featured artist works sold through the site are licensed to you for personal display only. Commercial use (reselling, hospitality projects with multiple locations, etc.) requires a separate license; email us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WC Design and Art is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are to be resolved in state or federal courts in that jurisdiction.
