How we ship,
how we make it right.
Every piece is hand-crated, fully insured, and backed by our promise: if it doesn’t arrive perfect, we’ll fix it.
5–7 business days
Single sheets up to 24×36″ ship via FedEx Ground in fitted boxes. Free shipping on orders over $250.
10–14 business days
Multi-panel sets and prints over 36″ go out in custom wood crates by freight. Calculated shipping rates at checkout.
By appointment
For 4×8 ft pieces, hospitality projects, or trade installations — inside delivery and unpack service available in major US metros.
Shipping & lead times
All orders are produced to-order in our US studio. Lead times start the day you approve your color-calibrated proof — not the day you order. Standard prints ship within 5–7 business days; large-format and multi-panel pieces in 10–14 business days. Freight transit adds 3–7 days depending on your location.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders (UK, EU, Australia, Asia), email hello@wcdesignandart.com for a custom shipping quote.
Tracking & insurance
Every shipment is fully insured and tracked door-to-door. You’ll receive tracking automatically once your piece is on its way, and again the day before delivery. Freight shipments include scheduled delivery windows.
Damage claims
Inspect your shipment carefully on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit:
1. Photograph the crate or box before you fully open it, then photograph the damaged piece.
2. Email photos and your order number to hello@wcdesignandart.com within 72 hours of delivery.
3. We’ll start a replacement immediately and arrange free return pickup of the damaged piece.
Damage in transit is rare — every panel is hand-packed in protective wrap and crated to handle the trip — but when it happens, we make it right at no cost to you.
Returns on featured artist work
Pieces from our featured artist collections can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Conditions:
· Piece must be undamaged and in original packaging.
· Buyer covers return shipping (we’ll provide a prepaid label and deduct from the refund).
· Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Custom-uploaded photos
Pieces printed from your own uploaded photo are non-returnable, except in cases of our error or shipping damage. We proof every custom job before production specifically to prevent surprises — once you approve the proof, that’s what we print.
If you’re unsure how your photo will translate to metal, ask us for a sample swatch (available on request) before placing a large order.
Lifetime warranty
Every piece is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: delamination, ink failure, hardware failure. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear from the environment, but with archival aluminum prints that’s almost never an issue.
