This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. Plain English first; the legal version is available on request.
What we collect
When you place an order, browse the site, or contact us, we collect:
- Order information: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and the items you ordered.
- Payment details: processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider (PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
- Uploaded images: photos you upload for custom prints. These are stored securely and used only to fulfill your order.
- Wall reference photos: if you use our preview tool, the room photo you upload is stored in your browser session — not on our servers — unless you create an account and choose to save it.
- Site usage data: standard web analytics (pages viewed, time on site, anonymous device info) to help us improve the site.
How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Produce and ship your order, send tracking, and handle customer support.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, proof approvals).
- Respond to inquiries and customize support based on past orders.
- Send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share with
We share data with these third parties to fulfill orders:
- PayPal for payment processing.
- FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers for shipping.
- Email service provider (transactional + opt-in marketing).
- Hosting and analytics providers for the website itself.
We never sell your personal information. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working (cart, login, preferences) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies via the cookie banner on first visit, or in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain order records).
- Object to marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or email us).

Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Uploaded images are kept for 90 days after order completion (in case of reprints), then deleted unless you’ve saved them to a customer account.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS certified providers. Customer image uploads are stored in restricted-access storage with signed URLs.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post material changes here and notify customers with active accounts by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
